Our metal lateral file cabinets are 30 inches wide and feature two large drawers with ball bearing slides for effortless opening. Each drawer horizontally stored letter-sized files. With 19 5/8" depth and 27" to 28" height, these cabinets can be placed either alongside office walls or under the desk to save more room. Freestanding placement also allows use of lateral file cabinets as pedestals for electronic office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers or printers. Our metal file cabinets come with locks with a U-style core and UM-style interchangeable lock key system. The cabinets are available in three finishes: black umber, dark tone and medium tone.
